Craig’s fitness journey started in the most unlikely of places...the mean streets of New York City. Pursuing a career in theater, Craig had to make the tough decision on whether to take the leading man path or the Chris Farley archetypal comedian roles. After realizing that Craig wasn’t quite up to the leading man type, he intentionally put on a ton of weight in efforts to make people laugh. Unfortunately for Craig he just wasn’t very funny. With nowhere to turn and thirty pounds overweight, Craig found CrossFit which led him down the rabbit hole of health and fitness. Fast-forward 15 years later where we find Craig, who has worked with many professional athletes, learned from the best in the industry and is now very excited to bring his passion for health and fitness to The Form Lab. As one of a very few certified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialists, Functional Range Strength and Conditioning Coach and Kinstretch instructor, Craig brings a very unique approach to training with a major focus on joint capacity and tissue resiliency. Outside of The Form Lab Craig is a nationally ranked athlete in the sport of Olympic weightlifting with many national and international medals. If asked Craig can perform various non-regional non-recognizable dialects, choreograph amazing stage fights, and make killer margaritas.
